Shipping & Delivery

¿Can I change my shipping address?

Sure can! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new shipping address details ASAP and we can change this over for you. To reach out with your new/updated shipping address, email us at: [email protected]

*Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address. So, please ensure you carefully check your address details entered at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Cancelation accepted.

Request a cancellation: within 2 hours of purchase.

What are the shipping times and prices?

Expect your artwork to be ready 2-3 days after you placed your order.

US order delivery time: Expect your parcel to take 2-5 working days to arrive from the date it is shipped out.

International orders: Expect your parcel to take 5-10 days to arrive from the date it is shipped out.

All orders are shipping with tracking.

Your shipping options and fees will be calculated automatically during checkout before you need to pay.

To calculate your order’s shipping fee, you can add all of the items you’d like to purchase to your cart, and then proceed through the checkout process and enter your full shipping address. In the next screen (before you enter your payment information), you’ll be able to view all available shipping classes and their prices.

*Please allow a longer delivery time during seasonal shopping periods.

Received damaged or defective item

If you receive a product which has been damaged during shipment, or has a defect not included in the list of small variations in our product condition policy, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of when you received your order, with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll be able to assist with a refund or replacement.

General Questions

¿Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, you can! You can ship You Dog Shirts products as gifts when you enter the address of the lucky recipient in the ‘shipping’ address and your address as the ‘billing’ address.

*Please note: As we use external fulfilment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package – sorry!

How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page, you’ll see a box that reads ‘Gift card or discount code’. Enter your discount code and click ‘Apply’. Discount codes are entered before the payment page so you’re aware of exactly how much you save.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you plan to purchase multiple items with multiple discount codes, we suggest you place separate orders. Some discounts are pre-applied via the strikethrough price on the product page. If a code does not work on your order, please ensure you have applied the right code for your order (e.g., Some codes will only work for specific products.
